The seeds of our bakery were planted long ago in a childhood kitchen, where Jewels first discovered the joy of transforming simple ingredients into delicious treats. What began as a childhood passion became a lifelong love affair with the art of baking.

What started as a personal journey of rediscovery blossomed into a bakery beloved by our community. Our signature lemon bars quickly became a local favorite, with their perfect balance of tangy and sweet. Our red velvet cakes - rich, moist, and topped with velvety cream cheese frosting - soon followed as another customer must-have.

Hi there! My name is Jewels, and I am the creator of Spoonie Bakery. As a part of the chronic illness community and an avid baker, my goal in creating this bakery is to bring attention to rare chronic illnesses. At my bakery, I pour my heart into every creation. Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis means that consistency can vary. but
